Shipping and freight deposit

VersaCourt courts are manufactured to order. Because final freight depends on the finished court's size and weight, the exact shipping cost is not known until your court is built and crated.

The freight deposit shown at checkout is a deposit toward shipping, not the full freight cost. The deposit scales with the size of your order, from $500 to $3,000. When your court is ready to ship we will calculate the actual freight and send a second invoice for any difference. If the final freight cost is less than your deposit, we refund the difference. The shipment will not be released until freight is paid in full.

Made to order, final sale

Your court is built to your specification. Once the court render has been approved and signed by both the buyer and the dealer, the order is final sale and cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded. Manufacturing begins at that point. Before render approval, the order may be cancelled for a full refund. This does not affect your rights if a court arrives damaged or defective.
