What is included

• Trip 1: utility locate call, an 18" x 18" x 48" footing dug to huupe's specification, rebar and anchor plate set, 11 bags of concrete poured and leveled.
• Cure: a minimum 72 hours before trip 2, as huupe requires.
• Trip 2: pole, backboard, LED system, rim, net and pads assembled and mounted by a four person crew, power cord routed through the pole, height adjustment checked.
• Packaging broken down and left in your bins.

What you provide

• The huupe ARENA delivered and on site before trip 1.
• A standard 120V outdoor outlet within reach of the hoop location, or an outdoor rated extension cord.
• Clear access to the install spot for a wheelbarrow and crew.
• An adult on site for trip 1 to confirm placement.

Not included: permits, concrete cutting or removal of an existing slab, rock or utility conflicts, dirt haul away, and electrical work. Choose the option with old hoop removal if we are taking out an existing in-ground hoop.

Scheduling: we contact you within 2 business days of your order to set trip 1. Trip 2 follows once the concrete has cured, usually 3 to 7 days later.

Cancellations and refunds: full refund if we cannot install because of an obstruction found before digging. Once trip 1 has been completed, a $150 trip fee is retained. See our Return and Refund Policy for complete terms.
