Shipping: This hoop ships by freight with curbside delivery. Liftgate service is included. Freight is $220 per hoop and is shown at checkout.

Ordering more than one hoop? Freight is charged per hoop, so two hoops means two freight charges. This is calculated automatically at checkout, and there is no separate invoice to wait for.

What to expect on delivery

• Delivery is curbside. The driver removes the order from the truck and leaves it at your curb or in your driveway. Set up and assembly are not included.
• A signature is required. The carrier will call you to arrange a delivery window, usually between 8:00am and 5:00pm Monday through Friday.
• Inspect everything before you sign, especially the glass backboard. If anything is damaged, write it on the delivery receipt. The carrier is responsible for damage in transit, and signing a clean receipt releases them from it. Do not refuse the delivery. Note the damage, keep the shipment, and contact us for a replacement part.
• If a delivery truck cannot get down your road or driveway, delivery cannot be completed and you may need to collect the order from the nearest carrier terminal. Undeliverable and returned orders are subject to a restocking fee plus the original freight cost.
