The Pickleball Question

If your department is fielding pickleball requests, you're not alone. It's the most common park project we hear about. An underused tennis court converts into multiple pickleball courts, and a new multi-sport court can carry basketball, pickleball, and volleyball lines at once. More residents served on the same footprint.

Surface Options

VersaCourt modular tile is made in the USA and carries a limited lifetime warranty. For bigger builds or resurfacing, a painted hard court on concrete or asphalt costs less and gives you the traditional public-court feel. We install both. If you want courts playable in winter, radiant heat under the pad melts snow and ice off.

Procurement

Municipal projects come with paperwork and we're used to it. You get an itemized proposal with scope and timeline that's ready for committee review, and we'll work within a formal bid process if that's how your department buys. Manufacturer warranties plus our workmanship warranty are documented at handoff.

New Build or Rehab

From raw ground we handle everything: grading, drainage, base, surface, striping. On existing courts, tile goes over a sound pad and painted courts get recoated and re-striped.
