What Communities Are Doing

The most common request right now is pickleball. Some communities convert an underused tennis court into two or four pickleball courts. Others add a multi-sport court with basketball, pickleball, and volleyball lines so one build serves everyone. VersaCourt tile comes in custom colors and has more give than bare concrete, which older residents appreciate. A painted hard court is the lower-cost route.

A Number Your Board Can Vote On

HOA projects get decided in board meetings, and a vague estimate doesn't survive one. Our proposals are itemized: site work, base, surface, striping, and equipment on separate lines. Your board can compare options, plan reserves or an assessment, and vote on an actual number. If it helps, we'll get on the phone during a board meeting to answer questions.

Grading and drainage done right, so the court doesn't puddle or heave. VersaCourt tile is made in the USA with a limited lifetime warranty. Our workmanship carries its own warranty, and all of it is documented at handoff for the association's records.
